The platform stated the new system was more in line with comparable marketplaces. The platform has recommended to review their products and update the measurements by hand when needed, which has left users frustrated. Size Classification Changes Earlier, the measurements included a single numeric size and a letter, like S/8 or M/10. The updated approach includes a letter with a size spectrum for example S/UK 8-10. In some cases, the size labels have been reassigned - such as a large size used to be a 12 but now shows as UK 16-18. Member Accounts One content creator, who creates plus-size fashion videos, explained the modification "makes transactions more difficult". "Not many brands say XL is a 20-22," the way the service now categorizes. Another user, located in Scotland, stated items she posted on Vinted with size 14 labels were displaying on the service as size 20–22. "If buyers measuring 20-22 acquire them they will likely be quite upset," she explained.
